Chelsea claimed a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, with goals from Hakim Ziyech and Thiago Silva sealing the win for the hosts.

Ziyech opened the scoring in the 47th minute with a stunning strike from outside the box, before Silva doubled Chelsea's lead just eight minutes later with a header from a corner.

Tottenham, who won the reverse fixture 4-1 earlier this season, were unable to find a way back into the game and remain without a win in their last three Premier League matches.

The victory sees Chelsea move up to third in the table, while Tottenham drop to eighth.
